“A Space For All” 5K Walk/Run

Many students in our community are facing medical and emotional challenges. These challenges can make attending school impossible. This can lead to academic gaps and feelings of social isolation. Illinois is only required to provide one hour of instructional support to homebound students, per school day that is missed. We need your help to provide more academic and  mental health support to homebound students in our community.

We are hosting the Creating Space Inaugural 5K to raise funds to support our mission. We want to provide services at no cost to families.  Please donate to our mission or sign up to attend this exciting event!

Come out and enjoy music, face painting, vendors, games, and T-shirts for the participants. You can run or walk the course. We hope to see you at Waubonsie Lake Park, in Aurora, IL on June 22, 2024!
