Bat Race 5K/10K

The 12th annual Bat Race 5K/10K  hosted by Batavia United Way will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025. Registration will open on May 1, 2025. This event hosts over 700 runners from all over Chicagoland that join in the spooky fun. This event has something for everyone. Many chose to run the 10K, and others will either run or walk the 5K course. Our littles also have the chance to join in for the Kids’ Fun Run! Costumes are encouraged but not required. There is a fantastic costume contest with prizes in various categories (Best Duo, Best Group, Best Adult Male, Best Adult Female, Best Child). This event raises money to support the mission of Batavia United Way.
