National Latino Police Officers Association

With this grant, the Dunham Fund will be one of the sponsors for the Aurora Chapter of the National Latino Peace Officers’ boxing fund raiser held November 15, 2015. All funds raised at this event will go toward scholarships for Aurora area residents attending college, who meet certain criteria, including financial need.

The specific purposes of the National Latino Peace Officers organization are to eliminate prejudice and discrimination in the criminal justice system, particularly law enforcement; reduce community juvenile delinquency; and lessen citizen tension in predominantly Latino communities.

Wayside Cross Ministries

This grant was approved through the Dunham Foundation’s Ready for the Future RFP Grant and supports Wayside Cross Ministries’ Urban Youth Ministries (UYM) Program.
