Plum Landing

With this Dunham Fund Grant, Plum Landing Retirement Center in Aurora will update and transform its 4th floor lobby into a welcome space for senior resident socialization. With new paint, carpeting, and comfortable sofas and bistro tables, the space will provide a café atmosphere and provide an attractive entrance to Plum Landing’s Country Store, a main attraction on the 4th floor.

This grant provides support for Plum Landing’s capital project to repair outdoor baconies for each residence at the Plum Landing Facility.

Wayside Cross Ministries

This grant was approved through the Dunham Foundation’s Ready for the Future RFP Grant and supports Wayside Cross Ministries’ Urban Youth Ministries (UYM) Program. The UYM program provides tutoring and mentoring support to Aurora-area students during the school year and summer programming.
