Rosary High School will upgrade its communication and database system in order to streamline incoming and outgoing communication with teachers, students, parents, prospective parents, and donors.
The new software will consolidate separate databases from administration, admissions, development, and teaching staff to eliminate redundant manual data entry and database errors. This Dunham Fund challenge grant will not exceed $22,000 payable at $1 for every $1 raised through December 31, 2017.
The Dunham Fund challenge grant is an investment in the first year only in order to pay for professional training, one-time software purchases, and the first year’s annual subscription. Subsequent yearly fees will be included in students’ annual enrollment fee. This system is one component of the high school’s 10 year strategic plan to ensure the sustainability of the school in the Aurora area. The total cost of the software upgrade project is $43,600.
