TriCity Family Services

Since 1967, TriCity Family Services (TCFS) has been providing counseling and mental health services to clients of all ages and all income levels throughout Kane County. TCFS’ counseling services support many needs, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief, and family conflict.

They also provide anonymous mental health screening for individuals to determine whether they are experiencing symptoms of a mental health disorder and when to seek help.

This grant from the Dunham Fund will allow TCFS to improve security at its Geneva location, ensuring the ultimate safety of its staff and clients. It will also support ongoing mental health counseling services throughout the Dunham Fund service area, particularly in Aurora.

Wayside Cross Ministries

This grant was approved through the Dunham Foundation’s Ready for the Future RFP Grant and supports Wayside Cross Ministries’ Urban Youth Ministries (UYM) Program. The UYM program provides tutoring and mentoring support to Aurora-area students during the school year and summer programming. UYM will also engage other partners through this funding to broaden tutoring and programming offers for their students.
